Buying a home can be overwhelming, and there are many pitfalls and mistakes that buyers often make. Here are a few tips and some valuable advice:
Need To Sell? One of the most important things you can do to help get the highest price and sell in the shortest amount of time is price your property competitively. We will be happy to meet with you and give you a FREE Property Valuation whether you decide to list the property with us or not. We will also provide you with an in depth marketing plan and show you how we can achieve maximum exposure for your listing on the Internet.
Buying A Home?Often times, the best deals are new listings that only go on the market for a short time. If you want to be notified of all new listings as soon as they hit the market, sign up for our New Listing Alerts.
Before you start your home buying quest, it's important that you have a good idea what you are looking for. Often what one spouse wants is quite different from the other spouse. It's very important that you communicate before you start your search, or you're likely to end up with buyer's remorse or worse. Before you ever start looking at homes, I highly recommend that you are prequalified with at least one lender. Be completely honest with the lender about your financial situation, and always ask for a "Good Faith Estimate". This shows the estimated costs and expenses that the lender will charge you, and it shows the loan amount that you are likely to qualify for. You may also want to ask for a "Prequalification Letter" from your lender.
